Cognitive Enhancement & Rehabilitation

As we gain further understanding of the cognitive and emotional processes underlying psychiatric and neurological difficulties, our team explores novel intervention strategies in efforts to improve these functions. Our research in this area includes various intervention approaches, such as aerobic and anaerobic exercises, martial arts training, and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), used alone or in combination with the more standard psychotherapeutic interventions for cognitive remediation or social cognitive skills training.
